The Projects:
Each student presented a poster and a 15 minute talk on what they did over the summer.
Anna's project was with Dr. Cindy Reese. She presented
"The
Influence of Individual Differences on Prospective Memory".
Ashley's project was with Dr. Cynthia Hartung. She presented "Gender
Bias in Ratings of Disruptive Behavior Disorders".
Chiquita's project was with Dr. Amanda Harrist. She presented "School
and Home Profile of Relationally Manipulative Children".

Fedora's project was with Dr. Steve Harrist. She presented "Sincerely
Yours, The Effectiveness of Letter Writing in Motivating Forgiveness in
Interpersonal Conflicts and Increasing the Perceived Quality of a Relationship".
Gus' project was with Dr. Amanda Harrist. He presented
"Physical and Relational Aggression as Predictors of Early Onset Substance
Use".
Mia's project was with Dr. Page. She presented
"A Cross
Cultural Evaluation of Implicit Leadership in American and Asian Students:
Effects of Attachment Style, Transformational leadership, and Personality.". Psi Chi award student.
Caitlin's project was with Dr. Page. She presented
"Bullying:
Assessment of Measures and of the Relationship Between Bullying and Empathy.". Psi Chi award student.
Sargent's project was also with Dr. Page. He presented "Moral
Cognition and the Objective Correlates of a New naturalized Ethics".
Rava's project was with Dr. Page. She presented "Analysis
of the influence of music videos on self-esteem, body-image, and eating habits
in young women in college". Also pictured is Lifespan Developmental
Graduate Student, REU02, and current graduate student mentor in the program,
Adelina Longoria.
Tom's project was with Dr. Steve Harrist. He presented
"Blogs: Exploring the Use of Online Journals and Social networking Websites".
Leslie's project was with Dr. Kennison. She presented "Rating
Noun Compounds: What Lice, Eggs, and Teeth Whitener have in Common

Well-Being of Aging Prisoners"
