The Office of Institutional Diversity will develop, actively engage, and support:

  • Experiences, encounters and reflective processes that empower individuals towards a more personal sense of self worth, health, cultural histories, traditions, critical consciousness, and all that defines who we are and how we are a part of a larger culture.
  • A community that empowers individuals to declare who they are, seek to include the voices of others as they express who they are, and strive to project who we are.
  • Alliances and commitments to one another that creates opportunities for individuals to become more understanding, thoughtful, expressive and intentional about issues that impact our lives.
